A question about a particular plant, a wish you haven't found at Bloomli yet, or something that went wrong with your order: just write to Bloomli. There is no call centre behind Bloomli, but a small team that reads and answers every message itself.

What Bloomli is glad to help with

• Which plant suits your room, your light and your style
• Dimensions, material and care. The last one is quickly explained at Bloomli
• Orders, shipping, returns and withdrawal
• Larger quantities for a practice, office, restaurant or your own wedding

You can also reach Bloomli directly at hallo@bloomli.de. One tip: say straight away what it is about and, if it concerns an order, include your order number. Then Bloomli can answer you specifically right away instead of having to ask first.
