A question about a particular plant, a wish you haven't found with us yet, or something that went wrong with your order: just write to us. There is no call centre behind Bloomli, but a small team that reads and answers every message itself.

What we are glad to help with

• Which plant suits your room, your light and your style
• Dimensions, material and care – the last one is quickly explained with us
• Orders, shipping, returns and withdrawal
• Larger quantities for a practice, office, restaurant or your own wedding

You can also reach us directly at hallo@bloomli.de. One tip: tell us straight away what it is about and, if it concerns an order, your order number. Then we can answer you specifically right away instead of having to ask first.
