Shipping and payment

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland. Deliveries to Switzerland are not possible. Not every item can be delivered to all of the countries listed; the countries of delivery depend on the respective supplier. If an item cannot be delivered to the selected country of delivery, this is shown on the product page or at the latest during the ordering process, and an order to that country is not possible.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the item ordered. They are displayed on the respective product page for the selected country of delivery and are shown separately during the ordering process before the order is submitted. Within Germany, parcel items are delivered free of shipping charges for orders with a value of EUR 299 or more (value of goods after discounts); freight items are excluded.

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Large plants and trees marked as freight items in the product description are shipped and delivered by freight forwarder:

  • Germany: 89,95 to 100,95 EUR
  • Austria: 146,95 to 172,95 EUR
  • Belgium: 83,95 to 94,95 EUR
  • Czech Republic: no delivery
  • France: 216,95 to 226,95 EUR (not for all freight items)
  • Hungary: no delivery
  • Luxembourg: 113,95 to 136,95 EUR
  • Netherlands: 40,95 to 45,95 EUR
  • Poland: no delivery

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 6 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Items from different suppliers are dispatched in separate shipments; items from the same supplier may also be dispatched separately. The respective shipping costs apply to each shipment; they are shown individually during the ordering process. The delivery time depends on the respective item.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, the collection of the invoice amount from the specified account via the payment service provider AltaPay.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
