1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Bloomli online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

You can first place products in the basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the basket.

We may accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Contract language and contract text

The contract language is German. The contract text is stored and made available to you by email with the order confirmation.

5. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are stated in euros and are final prices including statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are added: EUR 7.75. From an order value of EUR 95.00 we ship free of charge.

6. Delivery area

We currently deliver to Germany, Sweden, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary and Denmark.

7. Delivery

The expected delivery time is up to 10 days, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

We only make partial deliveries where this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs arise for you as a result.

8. Payment

The payment methods shown at checkout are available in our shop, in particular PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and direct debit.

Payment may be processed by external payment service providers. Additional terms of the respective provider may apply to individual payment methods.

9. Customer account and guest checkout

Orders can be placed as a guest or with a customer account, provided these functions are enabled in the shop.

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We voluntarily grant an extended withdrawal period of 30 days. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy.

11. Return costs

In the event of a withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were faulty or delivered incorrectly.

12. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

13. Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. If products arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via the contact form or by email.

14. Product safety

We sell decorative items, in particular artificial flowers, artificial plants, garlands, artificial shrubs, artificial trees, vases and matching decoration. Product safety information is provided on the respective product page.

15. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
