Nice to know
Variegata means with coloured markings. In real plants, the light parts of the leaf lack the green pigment chlorophyll; there they cannot turn light into energy and therefore grow more slowly than their all-green relatives. On the artificial plant, the markings are simply beautiful, with no drawback for growth.
