Artificial Money Tree Lat. Pachira Height approx. 150 cmNursery pot Ø 22 cm
incl. VAT, plus shipping
A striking trunk topped with hand-shaped leaves that open out in every direction: the money tree is a plant with character. It looks grown, not placed, and brings calm, natural greenery into the room.
It comes in two heights. On the smaller one, several shoots are braided into a plait, just as you know it from the real Pachira, and it stands next to a chest of drawers or armchair, or raised on a stool. The larger one is a floor plant that catches the eye straight away in a living room, hallway or conservatory. Both need little floor space, and a cover pot of your choice finishes them off.
The artificial Pachira suits living rooms and bedrooms, offices, practices, receptions and hotel lobbies. It is considered a lucky charm, which also makes it a lovely gift for a housewarming or a business opening.

The braided trunk is no quirk of nature: growers plait the young, still flexible shoots of the Pachira together by hand as they grow. Its home is the swamplands of Central and South America, hence its species name aquatica. In East Asia it is known as a money tree that is said to bring prosperity into the home.
