The fiddle-leaf fig is the houseplant from the interior design magazines: large, curved leaves that recall the body of a violin, on a slender trunk. This version needs neither a south-facing window nor a watering schedule.
Bloomli offers the artificial fiddle-leaf fig in five heights from around 90 to 210 cm. The smallest stands on a chest of drawers or sideboard, the large ones fill a corner of the room as a floor plant, reaching far up. All of them stay slim, so they also find space next to a sofa or shelf. The leaves are hard to tell apart from the original, even to the touch.
Made for the living room, hallway, reception, law office and practice, anywhere a real fiddle-leaf fig loses leaves from too little light. No pollen, no falling leaves. Dusting it now and then is enough.
- No watering, no wilting
- No pollen

Ficus lyrata grows wild in the rainforests of West Africa, where it becomes a tree many metres tall. It owes its Dutch name Tabaksplant, tobacco plant, to an old story: the large leaves could be dried and rolled into cigars. In German, the violin shape won out, hence Geigenfeige, violin fig.
