Artificial Money Tree (Pachira aquatica)
Artificial Money Tree Lat. Pachira aquatica Height approx. 150 cmWidth approx. 75 cmNursery pot Ø 17 cm
incl. VAT, plus shipping
The money tree is the plant you give as a housewarming gift: a double trunk topped with large, glossy, five-part leaves. This version stays just as it arrives, with no water, no light, no repotting.
Bloomli offers the artificial money tree in three heights: around 90 cm for a chest of drawers or plinth, around 150 and 180 cm as a floor plant that fills a corner on its own. The double trunk is lifelike, and the leaves shine as if freshly wiped.
It suits the living room, the office and the reception, and it is a gift that also goes down well with people without a green thumb. No pollen, no falling leaves, no drying out while you're on holiday. Dusting it now and then is enough.
- No watering, no wilting

Pachira aquatica grows in the swamplands of Central and South America, but it became popular in East Asia. There, five (the number of its leaflets) is considered a lucky number, and the tree is given as a gift for a housewarming or a business opening. Hence its German name Glückskastanie, lucky chestnut; the Dutch simply call it Geldboom, money tree.
