What's in the box
Product description

A small Hoya, around 20 cm tall, that adds a calm touch of green to a windowsill or shelf. It takes up little space and works best exactly where large plants won't fit.

The Hoya is better known as the wax plant. The real plant has firm leaves with a waxy sheen, hence the name. At about 9 cm wide, this artificial plant stays compact and fits into almost any small cachepot. A cachepot of your choice gives it the right setting.

It suits the desk in your home office, a bathroom without a window, the bedside table or a small group of plants on a shelf. Also for practices and offices where nobody has time to water. And for allergy sufferers, because this plant produces no pollen.

  • No watering, no wilting
  • No pollen

Nice to know

The name Hoya recalls Thomas Hoy, an 18th-century English gardener in the service of the Duke of Northumberland. The real plant climbs up trees in Southeast Asia and Australia and forms star-shaped flowers in clusters that look as if they were made of porcelain. That is why it is also called the porcelain flower.
