Artificial Monstera Bush Lat. Monstera deliciosa Height approx. 40 cmNursery pot Ø 10 cm
incl. VAT, plus shipping
The monstera in miniature: this artificial monstera bush is around 40 cm tall and comes in its nursery pot. On a windowsill, side table or desk, it brings the famous leaf with holes into the room without taking up much space.
The leaves are modelled on the real monstera, with the typical slits and holes, arranged densely and bushily. The nursery pot is 10 cm in diameter; a decorative pot is not included. Unpack, put it down, done.
If you love the big monstera but don't have room for a metre of plant, this is the compact version for you. It suits the home office, the office, the bedside table, the small city flat. And because it needs no water, the holiday home too. For allergy sufferers: no pollen.

Why the monstera has holes in its leaves hasn't been conclusively explained. One explanation: in the rainforest, the holes let light and rain through to the lower leaves, so the plant covers more area with the same leaf mass. Another: wind and heavy rain find less surface to attack. The genus name Monstera alludes to the unusual, “monstrous” look of the perforated leaves.
