Jade Plant Bag
Jade Plant Bag
incl. VAT, plus shipping
Soft instead of hard: the Jade plant bag is the flexible alternative to a cachepot. It is light, pliable and adapts to different pot sizes. The colour is a natural tone, named after the jade stone.
The material is sturdy and durable, with air circulation. That also means the bag is not waterproof. It is designed as a cover for an inner pot, not as a closed container. There are two sizes to choose from, for pots up to about Ø 17 cm or Ø 21 cm.
The bag fits on the floor next to the bed, on a shelf or on the windowsill, in modern and classically furnished rooms alike. It is especially practical for artificial plants: the plastic pot disappears inside the cover, there's no watering, and when you rearrange things you can pick up both with one hand. Also for a holiday home or the office, where nobody looks after the plants.

Jade is a gemstone that has been regarded in China for thousands of years as a symbol of purity and permanence, and for a long time it was valued more highly there than gold. Its typical shade lies between green and grey. Fabric plant bags, by the way, are not a home décor trend. They come from horticulture, where they replace rigid pots.
