Four branches of guelder rose, each around 75 cm long. The round cream flower balls sit among fresh green and bring into the home exactly what hangs on the shrubs outside in spring.
Viburnum is less well known than hydrangea or peony, but that's exactly why it feels special. The flower balls are finely structured and pale, the foliage is loose. The branches can be cut to any length; arranged at different heights, they create a natural, relaxed bouquet.
The bunch fits in a slim floor vase in the hall, on the dining table or in the corner of your home office. It needs no water, doesn't shed leaves and still looks in November the way it did in May.

In English, Viburnum opulus is called guelder rose, and it grows wild all over Europe, on woodland edges and stream banks. In Ukraine, the shrub is a national symbol known as kalyna and appears in songs, embroidery and proverbs. The perfectly round flower heads come from the garden form, in which all the flowers have become showy flowers.
